Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at contact@kitlegendsclub.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
Return Shipping Costs
- For non-defective returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
- There are no restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items that are new, unused, and in their original condition. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, contact us at contact@kitlegendsclub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
