All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (if available).

2. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes up to 10 business days, depending on your destination and postal service conditions. International deliveries may experience delays due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Some items may have free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
