Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with KitLegendsClub. Below you'll find all the details about how we process and deliver your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. cannot be processed at this time. All orders are dispatched from our location in Poland.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and postal service conditions. As items ship from Poland, please allow for standard international transit times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

4. Total Delivery Time

Your total estimated delivery time is 8–13 business days from the date you place your order (1–3 business days processing plus 7–10 business days shipping).

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size. Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

6. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 1 business day for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

7. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once additional shipping costs are paid by the customer.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@kitlegendsclub.com. We'll do our best to help track the order, but please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal authorities or customs.
